We recently had the chance to sit down with Reapit, an end-to-end technology provider for real-estate and long-time employer partner of ours, to learn why they choose to hire all their IT Support staff from the Generation IT Support with Cyber bootcamps.

1. Programme Design

We select Skills Bootcamps that meet the specific needs of employers in our local areas. Before launching every Bootcamp we conduct dozens of employer interviews to understand specific career paths and hiring pain points (skills shortage, diversity, etc).

On top of the profession-specific technical skills gained on programme we teach mindsets, to help learners thrive in the working environment, they learn personal responsibility, future orientation, growth mindset and persistence.
